By ordering from SPM skip bins, these are the terms and conditions you agree too.

  1. Please follow all markings on skip bins, no not over load bins above the rims
  2. Overloaded or overweight will NOT be transported, at our discretion on pickup, or overload charges can apply at $175 a tonne
  3. Spm skip bins will not be responsible to damage to driveway/property, if the bin is placed to the hirer instructions, tenant, landlord, boss ,who ever has given instructions of placement of bin
  4. Any extra cost of over weight/over loading, can be unloaded by driver if deemed safe, or payment will be made before bin is collected/removed from premises.
  5. If bin/s have been moved from drop off location, no responsibility is taken to house/fences/driveways for damages, because the bin has been moved
  6. Any damage to our spm skip bins whilst on site/house lot/land, will be charged for damages for repair of bin/s
  7. Apon delivery and under instructions from hirer/forman/boss/tenant/agent, if driver is instructed to place our bin in a spot and truck gets bogged or stuck, its your responsabilty to pay cost to recover truck and repairs to loss or damage to owners property
  8. If spm skip bins attempt to deliver or pick up for what ever reason is out of our control, eg- the gates are locked, cars/bikes/truck’s parked in the way of the bin, there is a $85 delivery or pick up attempt to be paid before any other attempts.
  9. Any bad credit/defaults from credit cards payments, or bank transfer, all information will be passed on to the correct authorities and could also be charged for fraud and be charged for the time wasted by the hirer.
  10. If Spm skip bins are damaged/dented/graffiti , by the hirer whilst on site/premises , the hirer will be charged accordingly to what damages have been made, a invoice will be sent to the hirer, if not paid, will be sent to a solicitor/debt collection
  11. Once a order has been placed, a refund will be refunded if enough time has been given, if you have payed and orderd a bin and you cancel on arrival, there will be a 5% cancellation fee
  12. There are too be NO Dangerous waste materials in any of spm skip bins
  13. There are too be NO TYRES, what so ever,
  14. There are too be NO asbestos, IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM, we are not licensed to carry these products
  15. Any tyres found in the bottom of the bin, will be charged at $35 a car tyres,truck tyres will be charged at $65 a tyre if found in bin, a invoice will be sent, or the return of the tyres will be by spm skip bins, and placed back inside of the property if can do, or hirer will be charged accordingly to dispose of tyres
  16. There are to be NO batterys, which comes under dangerous materials, no acid,
  17. No Wet concrete, the hirer will be charged accordingly for damages to our bins
  18. No  insulation material what so ever, no wet paints, sump oil, poison’s, dry paint in tin is ok
  19. NO GAS BOTTLES AT ALL, EMPTY ALL NOT…NOT ALLOWED NO Fire extinguishers, NO oil heaters
  20. ANY Mattress are a extra $20 each
  21. NO tree stumps over the circumference of 70cm, this is around in a circle of the stump. no large tree stumps are allowed to be dumped, as they don’t have the facility’s to grind these large stumps up, or you will be charged for the delivery of the stump back to your property
  22. NO food waste, this is to be placed in your house hold rubbish bins
  23. If hazardous waste is found , The entire waste load could be taken back to your home/work site to be resorted by you/hirer
  24. If hazardous material were found in the skip and needed to be dealt with by specialists, which is out of a control once on a professional sorting facility, we may need to transport the skip to another disposal site and the additional charges would be imposed on the hirer/customer, which then can be handed over to higher officials to deal with the problem.
  25. If bin is to be allocated to the front foot path by the customer/hirer, we take no responsibility. there are council laws to be followed, there are permits needed to place anything onto a footpath, there must be at least 1.5meters for pedestrian to walk through and around the bin, we will do our best to help you in this situation where things are tight in space. All responsibility is taken by customer/hirer
  26. If your bin is fall, and rubbish has blown away/fallen off, we are not responsible to pick up all your rubbish, please push it down and make it stay there so we can carry it with out it fallen off and hurting the public, would you want to heavy item fallen onto your car, help us to make a better world.
